Winter workouts

The Bobcats have incorporated Jaeger Sports J-Bands as part of our winter training program as set forth by pitching coordinator Nick Cenatiempo. Each player will have access to a set of bands at practice. These exercises are designed for core strength and to isolate rotator cuff muscle groups. The J-Bands are also incorporated into our long-toss throwing program. We have sets of bands for ages 12 and under and ages 13 and older. The winter program begins January 5 at Concord Sports Center. We also have workouts at St. Anselm College and Ultimate Sports Academy in Manchester.
