New Era of Bobcats Baseball begins

We are excited to announce the addition of highly regarded coach Dan Bernier and Ben Michaud of Youngsville Cal Ripken Baseball, who join the program to launch a new era for the Bobcats. Bernier will lead the 12U Division I Bobcats in 2015. Home games will be played at the Youngsville Baseball complex in Manchester and feature some Saturday night games! Bernier, who is president of Youngsville Cal Ripken Baseball, has coached and developed youth teams for more than 20 years. His teams have won Cal Ripken state championships at several age levels and made eight trips to Dreams Park in Cooperstown. He coached travel ball for the Northeast Hurricanes before joining the Bobcats.

Michaud is no stranger to the New England EBL, having coached the Northeast Hurricanes in Division I before joining the Bobcats. He served as a head coach in the Youngsville system for eight seasons, coaching multiple all-star teams. Coach Michaud has been a youth baseball coach for 15 years, including stops in the Manchester Pony League at each age level. Welcome to the Bobcats!
