2015 in Review

Thank you to our players and parents for our most successful season ever! Highlights:
Bobcats Prospects -- The star-studded team played in five tournaments, not including a trip to Florida in February, while posting an 18-10-1 record in all-wood bat games. Dakota Mulcay (class of 2017) and Cody Morissette (class of 2018) were invited to the prestigious Area Code tryouts and are being actively recruited by many colleges. Mulcay led the team in most every offensive category, batting .477. Morissette dominated top competition at New England Baseball Complex and caught the eye of several college coaches this season. He made unofficial visits to Virginia Tech, UNC Ashville and will be visiting Duke this fall. RHP Matthew Chandler, who hit 86-mph at Holman Stadium, along fellow Bobcats made strong impressions on coaches from Franklin Pierce University, Keene State College, St. Anselm College and other schools.

15u -- Southpaws Declan Knieriem, Dylan Bogacz and righty Moises Celaya led a strong pitching staff as the Bobcats made a run to the New England EBL championship as the No. 1 seed. Knieriem tossed a no-hitter against Academy National at St. Anselm College, racking up 13 strikeouts. Bogacz led the team with 53 strikeouts; Celaya posted a team-best 2.44 ERA and led the offense with a .417 average. Table-setter Ryan Tessier led the team with 16 runs, and Tyler Santoro collected a team-best 14 RBIs.
