Champions Hitting Camp with Ken Joyce

Ken Joyce of the San Francisco Giants, owner of four World Series rings, is once again hosting the Champions Hitting Camp at Ultimate Sports Academy on Saturday, Dec. 19. Session I for ages 9-12 is from 2-5 p.m. Session II for ages 13-17 is from 6-9 p.m. Log in at usanh.com and register for the camp.
Joyce is a former hitting coach of the Fisher Cats who has worked at several levels of the minors with the Giants. He has been hitting coach in the Arizona Fall League, Major League spring training and made several stops from Single-A to Triple-A, working closely with Bryce Harper, Mike Trout and others such as Buster Posey and Pablo Sandoval. He is no stranger to the Bobcats, having conducted clinics with our coaches through the years. Click here for video of the camp.
"I always enjoy coming to New Hampshire and working with these passionate hitters. What you guys are doing here at Ultimate Sports Academy is awesome!" said Joyce, who covers several facets of hitting, including timing, rhythm, hitting for power, breaking down the strike zone and situational hitting. To pre-register for the Champions Hitting Camp, call 716-4433 or stop by the front desk at Ultimate Sports Academy. "Coach Joyce is the best teach of hitting that I have ever seen. He connects the dots and gets kids to feel and understand the hitting process," said Bobcats director Kevin Gray.
